Used to have Oomph UnLtd SIM on account and deal came to an end so obtained PAC and moved to another provider.
Have since been offered Oomph again and accepted but new SIM shows as Oomph 5GB on a family plan with original number as additional on the account with UnLtd data
Why is old number still on account and why is new number not allocated UnLtd data?

Very sorry that there has been an issue with the Oomph deal, this isn't good.
