I received a text today from virgin. It reads. “Hi, it’s Virgin Media. Because you’ve cancelled part of your ultimate oomph bundle you can’t keep the inclusive Oomph SIM. Instead your mobile plan will change to a 30 day rolling plan unlimited Sim with your first bill after 29/05/2021. For more information please head to virgin media.com/Oomph.
the reason I’m puzzled is because I haven’t cancelled any part of my plan, I’m still on the ultimate oomph bundle.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this sorted as I don’t want to click the link in case it’s anything dodgy
the text had a virgin media banner and came up on my phone under the same banner that my messages have been coming from every month to tell me that my allowances have been refreshed so it would appear to be from Virgin Media. I have also had a post from Markarz stating that they have had the same text and they haven’t cancelled anything either Silly question when you ask what was the number associated with the text did you mean what is my number or what was the number that sent the text?
