Re: Still getting sites blocked

It would help if you said which sites they are, so others can test them.

Re: Still getting sites blocked

Just in case you haven't yet, your phone needs a restart after making any changes to the Parental Control settings online.

Re: Still getting sites blocked

I am experiencing the same.

Unexpectedly I have started to find the following sites blocked!

www.next.co.uk

https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/sign-in-and-connect/

www.asos.com

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.asos.com/" on this server.

Reference #18.1d3f655f.1598806932.391769bf

ENSURED THAT WEBSAFE WAS OFF, and THERE ARE NO OTHER FIREWALLS SETTINGS ON.

So suddenly my WiFi started to block these sites for no reason.

Re: Still getting sites blocked

Hello

It isn't parental rights that are blocking your access to these sites. The error is actually coming from the site itself and not from the parental rights on the device.

All these sites use a reputation score to see if your external IP address is good, look at this it is more than likely that the sites are blocking you due to bad reputation which can be checked at https://www.akamai.com/us/en/clientrep-lookup/.

I am afraid that the issue you are getting is nothing that VM can help you with you will need to contact the sites themselves, in your example it is giving you a reference for asos which you will need to give them.
