Can someone from Virgin please assist. I placed an order for a new phone contract deal and its showing the order status as parked?

Sorry to hear that your order with us has been parked. This can be for various reasons. When we park your order, we send a notification email, can you please check your emails (Inbox and Spam) for any contact from us in regards to this?

Date:Wednesday 13th July, 2022
There's only a few more checks between you and the good stuff. You'll find out soon if your order's confirmed when you get an email or call from us.
