I really need help on this subject.
I purchased my phone on 06/11/2020 as part of a deal that included unlimited data.
The monthly cost of the phone is £43.50 and the coat of the unlimited data SIM is £0.00 as show on my order details email from 06/11/2020.
My first bill dated 30/11/2020 shows me having unlimited data at £0.00. Then from December onwards it changed to 5gb of data and no one can tell me why.
I rang up in January to let virgin mobile know about this issue and was told it was rectified only to find I am now being charged £27.00 a month for unlimited data and I never agreed to this.
I have all the proof saved in emails of what I signed up for.
Since talking to virgin mobile I have been hungup on, been called a liar and just generally not listened too. I was told the matter had been escalated and promised a call with 24 hours, it's now been 72 hours and I'm still chasing with no one wanting to help.
Any help would be appreciated as I don't know what to do next.
