I’ve ported from Vodafone to virgin. Virgin have confirmed the number has been moved ( I can see this on my account) however I can’t receive calls (they just go to voicemail) - I can make calls. I can send & receive txt’s.
When I make a call the receiver sees ‘my number’
when I check my phone setting’s I see the temporary virgin number associate with the sim even though the number is meant to have been ported.
any good ideas?
