Split port

I’ve ported from Vodafone to virgin.  Virgin have confirmed the number has been moved ( I can see this on my account) however I can’t receive calls (they just go to voicemail) - I can make calls.  I can send & receive txt’s.

When I make a call the receiver sees ‘my number’

when I check my phone setting’s I see the temporary virgin number associate with the sim even though the number is meant to have been ported.

any good ideas?

Actually I can send txt’s but can’t receive them.

Divert is switched off.

4 days into my virgin mobile contract and I still can’t receive calls or txts - frustrating…….
