Split port.

Hello I’m two weeks into my contract. I ported from Bt to virgin and since have been unable to receive calls or text but can make calls and texts. Spoke to an adviser 3 times and tried all the network reset and on off requests also been sent my 2nd sim to try and still the same issue. Please help
