Split port issue

I've brought over my phone number from LycaMobile,as of yesterday the port has been confirmed as completed.

Sadly I cannot receive any calls (I can place them, send/receive sms, use mobile), so it looks like to be a split port issue. When someone dials my number (even if it's turned off) they receive "The number you have dialed is incorrect", so it's clearly not routing properly within the network.

Tried all usual troubleshootings + the ones offered by the customer care. 

How can I escalate this to the porting and provisioning team to run verification?

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the porting of your number.
I'd like to take a look into this for you as I will need to access you account.
