Spending cap

I’ve got unlimited calls and text so why can’t I send a text? (Saying “you’ve hit your spending cap)

I'm sorry to see the issue with the spending cap.
Whether or not you have unlimited texts / calls some calls may be chargeable - i.e. a premium number, or picture messages.
Have you checked your Virgin Mobile here to see what it is set at?
