So every so often I will get a text saying I have hit my spending cap even though I have unlimited texts, call and data.
It’s very frustrating as all of a sudden I can’t send iMessages or images.
Can anybody help resolve this for me?
I don’t want to take off the spending cap option on my app in case I get charged for no reason.

Hey @asgardianbrit97, thanks for reaching out to us.
I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the spending cap.
Spending caps can still be placed there although you may have unlimited services.
I.e. picture messages charge when sending and are not included within a plan.
Have you checked here on MyVM mobile?
