Spending Cap

I have received a text saying that I have hit my spending cap.  I have unlimited data, texts and minutes.  I can not see if I have made any premium calls in my account

Can not access mobile account

I can not access my mobile account.  Also I have received a text saying I have reached my spending cap, when I have unlimited data, texts and minute
