Spending Cap

Hope someone can help.

I have a spending cap set up on my virgin mobile account. I still have data left but it has taken money out of my cap.

I understood that it would only come out of there one you had run out of data.

is this the case?

Welcome to the Community Forums, we appreciate you coming here for help with your mobile billing query.

 

Do you know if the data you had left was part of your tariff allowance, data rollover from the previous month, or whether it was free gifted data? Different 'types' of data can be used in different orders, so this is the reason why I ask 🙂

Hi thank you for your response I’ve had a look through my bill and can’t see any details for the reason they have used my spending cap rather than the data left.

maybe I’ll have to call customer service
