You can check what speed band you're on on your online account as well as check what our average speeds are on our Minimum Speed Guarantee page.
You can take a look at our Speed Up page to see if this can help with your ongoing speed issues! As well as this, please try running a wired connection speed test to see what speeds you're receiving on a wired connection.
