Sorry, you don't have enough credit to make this call'
Within the last week 2 Virgin Pay Monthly numbers in my household have been unable to make calls to any numbers (including Virgin Mobile) and I get the message 'Sorry, you don't have enough credit to make this call'. Rebooted the phone but it is still giving problems and I am unable to make outgoing calls. Any ideas?
I find this baffling when both numbers have an allowance of 1500 mins / month.
