Sorry - we cant seem to find you on our system

I am trying to sign into my VM mobile account but can't get in. I have tried 'forgotten email and password' entered the details (mobile number, surname and postcode) but get a message 'Sorry - we can't seem to find you on our system'

I have tried to register again and after typing the mobile number I am asked for a security answer however the security question section is blank!

Can anyone help?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. 

 

The security answer is often the same one as your account memorable word, the one you'd give over the phone

Thank's John,

I am now in!

The password was as you described.

The system said my email account was already registered so I selected a different email address and it worked.
