Softlocked for over 4 months now, cant change plan

I cant change my plan while waiting for migration, meaning Im locked into my current plan with no chance of changing it. I would really rather avoid moving and taking my number with but this is getting stupid now, and as long as virgin keep messing this up Im locked into paying more money than I would like.
The migration has failed 4, maybe 5 times in a row now.

I'm sorry to hear that the soft lock on your account has been preventing you from changing your package for a while. I can imagine this must be very frustrating. 

I'll do my best to get the soft lock temporarily removed for you, however we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to do this.
