Joined Virgin last week. I complained about the speed so they sent me a new SIM. No difference.
Phone has been reset, SIM tried in another phone, still the same.
On the phone today to an adviser, tried lots of options, said the problem would be fixed today and he would get an engineer to check the mast and phone me back in a couple of hours.
No call back and problem still there.
Can't get my outside cameras to find the WiFi either.
Should have stayed with EE.
