It's been getting worst and worst over the past 3 months, in fact switching to 2G/3G is actually faster 15meg vs 1.27meg. Having tried everything that virgin asked me to do they said it must be the phone. So I tried my partner's three sim in and get 50meg/sec on 5G, so clearly it isn't the device. Anyone else with this issue? I'm using a S21

Hi @AdamTomo thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised.

I know as you've mentioned, you've tried another SIM in your own handset but can you please try our own SIM in another handset to see what the 5G speeds are like in your partner's phone if possible?
