My simcard is not working. It kept saying 'Not registered on network'. I'm not receiving any messages or calls and vice versa. My 4g is not working aswell. I tried calling customer service but its difficult to get thru this covid times since their support team will take more than 45 min, i would wait but would end up getting the advice of to do it online. I tried manually looking for the network but its still notnheing recognized. I tried swapping with an another phone thinking the prob is from my mobile unit however, other simcards worked well with my mobile unit. Any body who can help? I think the solution would be getting a new simcard but i cant get thru them!
