Sim

New sim installed and phone restarted several times. Still no service or connection. 2 days still no connection

Thanks so much for popping back now you have your new SIM; after having a quick look at your account, we can see that the SIM is now active. 

 

Can you please reboot and test again today for me and let me know how you get on?
