My sim due to expire tomorrow and no replacement as arrived. What can I do

Have you since been in touch with us on 789/03456000789 or popped us a text on 07533016422 to ensure a new one has been ordered for you?
If you still need help with ordering a new SIM, please do let us know and we'll go through security and get you one ordered.
