We have swapped the sim over 29thsep 2020 and now there is no service. Followed the instructions to the letter and still no service
its an iPhone 4
how can we resolve this please

there are no error messages and there weren’t when we were swapping over, it just says no service at the top. we never got the text to say we were back up and running that the website says we should and has said no service since
