Hello , I've had no service since upgrading Wednesday evening , and the new sim isn't registering either . Thanks

HI Peckcolu, I am sorry to hear that you have been having issues with the new sim and this is not the experience we want you to have with us. Can you confirm what Mobile handset you have and if the sim has been activated. Have you since managed to get this resolved? ^Chris
