Hi I have been trying to swap over to the new sim virgin sent out I keep getting texts and letters saying my current sim will stop working but the new sim doesn't work, asks for a unlock code which I enter and it tells me it's wrong. I cant get through to virgin on the phone just get a stupid auto lady making me press 1 to send a link that is no help anyone know how I can fix this problem, or get in contact with a actual person to talk to from virgin that could help as I'm getting to the point where I would rather sh*t in my hand and clap than use anything from vm
