Hi, please can someone from Virgin help- I’ve tried getting in touch in a lot of ways! I requested a sim swap (need to put a new updated one in) and I thought you'd be able to pick a date but it selected tomorrow and I really need it from Saturday onwards as I am away on holiday at the minute with no Wi-Fi so can't back up my phone until I'm home. Please can you delay the sim swap? I'm worrying! Thanks Helen
to others: when I put the new updated sim card in it won’t delete my photos or contacts will it? I’ve been putting it off as I’m stressing!
