Sim replacement failed to arrive

I have been waiting on a sim arrival for more 4 months I have my correct address and have checked to make sure all information is up to date but I have still had no SIM card arrive this has caused me a lot of stress and getting a hold of someone to fix this has been very difficult I understand that you are trying your best however this is hindering my mobile use please reply to me on private for more information.
