Sim problems

My sim doesnt work in my phone as it is scratched. I have tried ordering a new one and every time i have been told i will be sent one and 1 week on it hasnt been sent. I need access to my phone and am desperately trying to sort this out, customer support wont even help because according to them my security password is wrong even though they have managed to get into my account twice. Can someone please help me. I have tried installing the Virgin Mobile app and that needs 3G/4G, how am I supposed to go any further when my phone has no network as a result of a damaged sim
