3 months after sim swap still no phone as though it worked fine before it now asks for a sim network unlock key,... no customer support whatsoever, but still taking my money. Does anyone know how to contact a human at virgin?
Phone is galaxy note, bought secondhand unlocked and worked fine b4 new sim was inserted. I have had nothing but trouble over this sim change and the lack of any customer service is appalling. How do I cancel my contract and who do I contact (human) to get a refund of all the money taken while service has not been provided.
