Sim only, blank security question carphone warehouse

Hello,

Like many other people on this board, I bought a Sim Only pay monthly contract from Carphone Warehouse and now am unable to set up a virgin mobile account because I do not have an answer to the security question.

No security question was requested/set up when setting up my direct debit contract via the Carphone Warehouse website.

I need the account to enter my PAC code and end my contract with my previous provider, as I have been unable to get through on 789.

I have searched the multiple threads concerned with this issue and as there does not appear to be a solution, I would be grateful if someone could please get back to me?
