I upgraded a sim only deal to include a phone contract quite some time ago. However, on my billing page, it only shows the sim only bill rate with no reference to the phone contract. The money coming out of my account is 100% the agreed value for the new phone and sim contract, but the bill is saying otherwise.
Thanks for using the forums to get an answer to your question about your tariff and handset contracts. These two aspects are split onto two different logins, this is why you have two direct debits too 🙂
To view your handset loan agreement contract you need to log in and then there should be an option to view your handset contract on the side bar within your online account.
