Sim not working

Hi so weve received a new sim and are stiggling to activate it. We got one with our broadband plan last year which never turned up even when we tried getting in contact. Now we have a new one come weve put it in a phone and its not working and hasnt asked for any of the pins or anything.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for getting in touch. 

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your new SIM. 

From what you have advised, it sounds like the SIM will need to be activated. Within the pack, there should be information on how to do this. There is also full details on how to do this here.
