Sim not working calls texts or data since 01/08/2020

Hi,

 

My SIM seems to have stopped working in that I'm not able to access mobile data or even make a call or text; i am able to receive calls however...

This seems to have happened on renewal of my home broadband and TV package which kicked in on 01/08/2020; i also noticed a DD for 70p recently which I cancelled from my online banking thinking this was an error as I'd not been informed about it anywhere; could this be the reason for what seems like many other people with similar SIM issues?

 

Please sort this out Virgin Mobile - I have been happy with your excellent home WiFi and TV services for nearly 3 years and WAS a happy SIM user for a year but the oomph SIM has left me in the lurch over the past week at a time when I really needed to access the Internet away from home...

Do I need a replacement SIM?

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Very sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your SIM, this isn't good. 

We will need to have a closer look at the account to see what's going on, it seems like outgoing services that are the problem.
