I am stuck abroad out of the UK and my sim has suddenly stopped working. It has worked fine previously but for some reason it won't find signal at all now. I have tried using it in another unlocked phone and it still doesn’t find anything. My roaming is on, my call barring is off and I've used it for this purpose in various countries including the one I am currently in. I’ve seen this has relevance in other posts - the sim is older than 3yrs (I’ve also tried the direction given through SIM applications in iPhone settings). Without it I won’t be able to work which is very scary and I won’t be back in the U.K. for another month. I'm incredibly tired and frustrated and somewhat infuriated at not being able to speak to anyone directly as I do not have service to call anyone. If someone can help me that would be appreciated.
