Can you please help.
I am a 95 year old gentleman and keep this phone for emergencies.
I have recently been sent a replacement sim card for my nolia 1101, but when installed I get the message Sim not valid.
I notice many other customers have had this problem and have received a replacement phone to remedy the problem.
