My elderly aunt recently had to receive a new sim card for her phone for some reason, and it says 'Sim not valid' when starting it up. An unblocking code was given with the sim but there is nowhere to type it in, only 'Sim not valid'. The phone is a Virgin Nokia 2310.
It is very important that we get her phone and sim back to working as normal incase she needs to contact someone in an emergency. The customer service over the phone has been atrocious, this forum is my last resort. I hope someone can help me with this.
