I upgraded my phone and got a new sim with it and have put the sim in, but it will not register on the network. I have done various steps regarding the help page suggestions but keep getting nowhere. It keeps stating sim not provisioned and keeps refreshing sim data, but it's been over 24hours, and nothing has changed. Please can someone help as it was my sons Christmas present and he hasn't been able to use it yet?

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums @chelleuk32, and I'm sorry for the frustration caused with the new SIM card not seemingly working in the new handset.
I'd like to take a look into this to make sure that the SIM card has been activated in full
