Today I received a replacement sim, as old one was damaged and stopped working. When I put new sim in my phone I am getting a message "SIM not provisioned for voice" but have full signal bars but in mobile data & nothing else.
Although on the sim paper it was written it will start working in 10 mins but can take up to 24 Hours.
Just wondering if anyone can help or had same issue before I ring Virgin.
Thanks for your post and sorry to hear that the replacement SIM has not worked. "SIM not provisioned for voice" does sound like it's not activated. I'll send a PM shortly so I can have a look at which might be occurring.
