Sim missing

Have just talem delivery of new A41 but no sim card. I am relieved to find I am not the only one

This isn't good to hear, I apologise. Just before we move on, can I confirm if you was already a customer and had a SIM which would have fit into the new handset? Have you spoken to the team since this post also, if so or if you haven't please let me know 🙂

Yes, am an existing customer and have been one for many years.

I phoned after a couple of days and was told to use sim card from my previous phone - why was I not advised of this when purchasing said phone - apologies  I have also now downloaded apps and contact data using Samsung Switch

The one outstanding problem  - can't get e-mails loaded despite having followed instructions as "Step 6 : Blue Yonder settings" - please advise

The issue is quite broad, so I would need to help narrow it down. Can you tell me which steps you have taken to add the email account onto your phone?

A41 - I have a subscription to MS Office 365 and I note their is an app for this software including "Outlook which I would like to use.When I press the icon "Outlook" on the app it tells me that it has found 1 account and quotes my e-mail address. What do I do next please ??

Are you able to log into that? Does it prompt you with a password?

No - have been speaking to George at Samsung support and he couldn't help immediately either but promised to get back to me when he has an answer.

It does appear the software may be defective I suspect and if it cannot be corrected then I will expect a replacement

Hope you can come up with a solution between you.

And no, it does not ask for a password

I wouldn't put it down initially to a software issue but we can look at all avenues,
