Sim has stopped working

Hi,

My sim card has stopped working suddenly and says no service. I'm on a pay monthly sim only 12 months contract and my contracts ends next month so this is really inconvenient as I have not decided whether to stay. I thought this was due to some service down but it has been like this whole day and I can't even contact Virgin Media about it and finally found this community hoping to get some help.

That is EE's coverage website, but thanks, I have already checked Virgin Mobile coverage it seems fine.

Virgin don't have a network, presently they use EE for signal.

The Virgin site does not show faults

I see, I checked with that too but it says great coverage in my area.

Did you press the Check Network button and not the Check Coverage?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums, arnold16,

 

Sorry to hear that your SIM has no service. No Service on a SIM will mean that the service is no longer being provided to that SIM. You also mentioned that you have not decided whether to stay. Can you clarify if:

You had changed or activated another SIM card?

You had spoken to Retentions and gave notice to cancel?

Ordered a PAC or Swtich code?  https://www.virginmedia.com/help/mobile-switching-faqs#leaving
