My sim card has stopped working suddenly and says no service. I'm on a pay monthly sim only 12 months contract and my contracts ends next month so this is really inconvenient as I have not decided whether to stay. I thought this was due to some service down but it has been like this whole day and I can't even contact Virgin Media about it and finally found this community hoping to get some help.

Sorry to hear that your SIM has no service. No Service on a SIM will mean that the service is no longer being provided to that SIM. You also mentioned that you have not decided whether to stay. Can you clarify if:
You had changed or activated another SIM card?
You had spoken to Retentions and gave notice to cancel?
