Sim failure

Hi , I went to swap my sim into a different phone it didn't work (no network, sim not inserted type message) I swapped it back into the old phone and get the same messages , I tried a different sim in both phones and works fine in both, I think I need a replacement sim as now I can't use it at all , I can't see where to order one online and after waiting on hold for 30 mins I got through to the call center at 9:15 to be told they close at 9, how can I get a working SIM ?

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

I'm really sorry you're having an issue with the SIM card, this isn't good. 

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting in touch, we have been busier than usual. 

Have you been able to get a new SIM card sorted yet?
