Got an old Sagem phone. Got a letter telling me I haven't put the new card l've been sent in, my phone won't work. Didn't get card so went to virgin.com/ordercard, entered mobile number only to be told I'm lucky and don't need a new card! What is this all about, my phone appears to be working O.K. Will I suddenly have a non working phone?
