Anyone from Virgin Media even alive.
Tried calling no answer, tried messaging still no one, no one to chat online.
This is very frustrating!!!
Received email that I should have received a new sim but nothing, also threats that Virgin will suspend existing contract.
How can I solve this problem?
If it continues, can I cancel this contract?

I will be cancelling the direct payment today.
Don't want it anymore.
They cant be bothered, why should I keep paying for a non existent service.
