Hi, just recieved a new SIM card through the post. The mobile number on the letter is not my mobile number. I guess they have sent out a sim to someone but sent it to the wrong address. Tried ringing virgin mobile To tell them but no one there due to covid 19. It says we recently got in touch with you? Never happened. Tried ringing the number on the letter to no avail.
can someone at virgin let me know what they want me to do with it?
hi Martin yes we have all services working fine, 3 existing numbers which don't require the upgrade I managed to speak to CS yesterday and they are investigating why we have these 3 additional Sims with numbers we don't recognise
Hi My mother has just received a new SIM card today for a number that is unknown to us. She has virgin tv and landline but has never had a virgin mobile and of course can’t get through to customer services to query it. What’s going on?
