I received a new sim card from Virgin as was told mine needed to be changed - I have a Nokia 100. I duly changed it and there was no response. I took it out, wiped it and tried again to no avail. When I turn the phone on, it states: sim card registration failed. I filled in an form online but haven't had a reply from Virgin. It's a pay as you go phone and I've put £10 on it thinking it had worked! Could someone help please?
