Sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your SIM card, can you confirm for me what the error you're getting is?

Also is this a new SIM card or an older one? You may also want to run some checks here on our diagnostic page which will help you to navigate your issue.

Thanks for your reply.

There is no signal or network for my sim card. It happens before and the signal will be back a few hours later. But there is no signal for more than 1 days this time.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Firstly I would need you to reboot your phone and check if this allows the phone to come back on for you? If not then can you please check the coverage checker here and see if any issues are affecting your area.

Failing this can you please if possible try your SIM in a different handset to see if the issue is still present. If you can also can you provide us information on what error you are getting when trying to text/call?
