Sim Card is usually sent out same day in schedule for a 24 hour delivery, if you haven't received it after a week then you may need to either contact in by calling 150 from the landline you should have, assuming it's plugged in, or using your current mobile and dialling 0345 454 1111 - or use the text chat 07533016422 however it may take a while for replies, and charges may apply.
