Sim barred

My sim card is currently barred as I haven't swapped to the new sim. I have moved addresses a few times in the last few years and don't know where they sent the new sim. I tried to login to my online account and each time I was asked to answer to a security question that is not visible. I called the 789 number a while back and they couldn't help me. I had that number for years and use it for my business and the current situation is not helping. Would appreciate it if someone can help me.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with the SIM card.
