Sim activation

Hi all,

Asked for a replacement sim due to an incident with my old phone…. received a new sim today plugged it into my phone & it keeps saying sim not provisioned for voice…. Have tried resetting several times with no change 

can anyone help ?

I have just picked up your private message. Going forward, when in a private conversation, if you have anything to update, you can do this in the private message to save you waiting for a new response. 

I have gone in and manually activated the SIM for you. If you can please restart the handset and things should start working within 24 hours for you.
