Sim activation

Hi

 

How long should sim activation take? Its now been over 24 hours with no change - emergency calls only.

 

Surely it should have activated by now?

Now been 72 hours - can’t call virgin , the online chat is being ignored and no one has responded to this post.

Considering I spend over £100 a month on VM I’d expect a better response

The forum is designed as a Community where users help each other. There is input from the team but it can take a few days.

Really sorry to hear that your SIM wasn't activated within 24 hours, this isn't usually the case.
