Hi, I got a new sim sent to me but it come up as not provisioned. I was advised to register the account and activate it online but failed st the first step they want yo send a text to the phone but as the sim is not provisioned that won't work.
My old sim is only showing emergency calls only.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm really sorry that you're having issues with the new SIM as well as for the delay in getting back in touch.
It does sound like the SIM hasn't been activated and the old one has already been canceled, so we'll need to take a look at your account to be able to help further.
